ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about February 20 and April 24, 1951, by Magnus, Mabee & Reynard, Inc., from New York, N. Y. PRODUCT: Lemon oil. 4 25-pound tins at Cincinnati, Ohio, and 3 25-pound tins at Hoboken, N. J. LABEL, IN PART: "Magna Lemon Oil American Expressed IT. S. P." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (b) (2), an oil other than oil expressed from the peel Clemons had been substituted in whole or in part for lemon oil U. S. P. Misbranding, Section 403 (a), the label designation "Lemon Oil * * * U. S. P." was false and misleading. DISPOSITION: October 2 and 8, 1951. The shipper, claimant? having consented to the entry of decrees, judgments of condemnation were entered and the court ordered that the product be released under bond to be denatured and! disposed of for purposes other than as a food or a drug, under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration.
