pepper.
Misbranding, Section 403 (a), the label statement "Pure Black Pepper" 
was false and misleading as applied to a mixture of black pepper, nolle seed, 
and salt.
DISPOSITION: July 2, 1951. Default decree of condemnation. The court or- 
dered that the product be delivered to a charitable institution.
