Sample No. 3376-K.) in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of birds which were contaminated with feathers, filthy defeathering wax, and extraneous material, the residue of filthy scald water; Section 402 (a) (4), the article had been prepared under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become contami- nated with filth; and, Section 402 (a) (5), the article was in part the product of a diseased animal, i. e., diseased poultry. DISPOSITION : May 21, 1951. A plea of guilty having been entered, the defend- ant was fined $750.
