filthy milk and contained manure and insect parts; and, Section 402 (a) (4), 
it had been prepared under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become 
contaminated with filth.
DISPOSITION : June 15, 1951. Default decree of condemnation and destruction. 
On June 21, 1951, an amended decree Was entered, which ordered that the 
product be delivered to a public institution, for use as animal feed.
