ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about September 23, 1950, by Portales Valley Mills, Inc., from Portales, N. Mex. whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects and insect-damaged nuts. DISPOSITION: November 15, 1950. The Pacific Food Products Co., Seattle, Wash., claimant, having consented to the entry of a decree, judgment of con- demnation was entered and the court ordered that the product be released under bond for segregation, under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency. The segregation operations resulted in the release of 527 bags of the product as fit for human consumption, the denaturing of 19 bags for use as hog feed, and the destruction of 23 bags.
