ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about September 11, 1950, by Dearmin & Co., from Odon, Ind. PRODUCT: 4 63-pound boxes of butter at Cincinnati, Ohio. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (b) (2), a product containing less than 80 percent by weight of milk fat had been substituted for butter. DISPOSITION: October 20, 1950. Default decree of condemnation. The court ordered that the product be sold, conditioned that it be denatured under the supervision of the United States marshal, so that it could not be disposed of for human food.
