The McPhillips Packing Corp., claimant, having admitted the allegations of the libel, judgment of condemnation was entered and the court ordered that the product be released under bond for the segregation of the fit from the unfit portion, under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration. The segregation operations resulted in the rejection and destruction of 51 cases. The remainder were relabeled and released.
