ALLEGED SHIPMENT:   On or about October 8, 1949, from the State of Nebraska
into the State of Missouri.

NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in 
part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of decomposed to- 
mato material; and, Section 402 (a) (4), it had been prepared under insanitary 
conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth.
DISPOSITION : July 8, 1950. Pleas of nolo contendere having been entered, the 
corporation was fined $400, plus costs, and the individual defendant $100.
