ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about November 25, 1949, by the Ocean Pride Sea Food Co., from Nogales, Ariz. PRODUCT: 48 5-pound boxes of frozen shrimp at Denver, Colo. LABEL, IN PART: "Frozen Fresh Shrimp * * * Packed for Louis Balboa Nogales, Ariz. Produce of Mexico." NATURE OF CHARGE : Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance. (Examination showed the pres- ence of decomposed shrimp.) DISPOSITION: May 26, 1950. A default decree of condemnation was entered, and the court ordered that the product be delivered to a Federal institution, for use as fertilizer.
