Misbranding, Section 403 (a), the label statement "Each tablet contains * * * Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin BA) l.Ong." was false and misle.an- d since the product contained less than 1.0 mg. of thiamine, hydrochloride. The product was adulterated and misbranded wjiile held for sale after ship- ment in interstate commerce. PROPOSITION : March 22, 1950. Guardian Drug Products, Inc., DjSfcrojt, Mich., claimant, having consented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemna- tion was entered and the court ordered that the product be released under bond to be relabeled under the supervision of the Food, and Drug Administration.
