PRODUCT: 374 cases, each containing 24 15-ounce cans, of black-eyed peas 
at Memphis, Tenn.
LABEL IN PART:    "Vita-Best Brand   Fresh Shelled   Blaekeye Peas." 
.NATURE OF CHARGE:    Adulteration, Section 402 (a)   (3), the product consisted 
in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of worms.
and the court ordered that the product be delivered to a county institution, 
for use as hog feed.
