ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about January 7, 9, and 10, 1950, by the Ozark 
Babbit Co., from Springfield, Mo.
PRODUCT:   78 barrels of rabbits at New Orleans, La.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted 
in whole or in part of a filthy and decomposed substance. (Examination 
showed that the product contained decomposed rabbits and that it was con- 
taminated with fecal matter.)
DISPOSITION : February 4 and 14, 1950. Default decrees of condemnation and 
destruction.
