Misbranding,  Section 403   (a), the article was labeled "Butter," which 
was false and misleading since it contained less than 80 percent of milk fat.
DISPOSITION : September 22, 1949. William Menzer, Inc., claimant, having ad- 
mitted the allegations of the libel, judgment of condemnation was entered and 
the court ordered that the product be released under bond for reworking, under 
the supervision of the Federal Security Agency.
