ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about August 26, 1949, by Dearmin & Co., from 
Odon, Ind.
PRODUCT:   20 cartons, each containing 32   1-pound prints, of butter at Boston,
Mass.   Analysis showed that the product contained mold and insect filth. 
LABEL IN PART:    "Arco Brand   Butter."
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted 
in whole or in part of a filthy or decomposed animal substance.
DISPOSITION : October 31, 1949. Default decree of condemnation and destruc- 
tion.
