ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about June 2 and 14, 1949, by the Roberts Egg Products Co., from Kansas City, Kans. PRODUCT: 422 30-pound cans of frozen whole eggs at Kansas City, Mo. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of de- composed eggs. DISPOSITION: July 19, 1949. Glen Roberts having appeared as claimant, judgment of condemnation was entered and the court ordered that the product be released under bond for segregation and destruction of the unfit portion, under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration. A total of 73 cans of the product were segregated as unfit and were destroyed.
