LABEL, IN PART: "Rich Pasture Creamery Butter * * * Packed by The Tri-State Butter Co." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in part of a decomposed animal substance in that it was prepared from de- composed cream, and it consisted in part of a filthy substance due to the presence of fragments of flies and rodent hair fragments. DISPOSITION : September 9, 1949. Default decree of condemnation and destruc- tion.
