nipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
PRODUCT: 9 boxes, containing a total of approximately 1,057 pounds, of frozen 
tuUibees at Brooklyn, N. Y.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in 
whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of parasitic 
worms, and of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of decom- 
posed fish.
DISPOSITION :   June 10, 1949.   Default decree of condemnation and destruction.
