SODUCT; 6 100-pound sacks of cake flour at Dubuque, Iowa, in possession of the Holsum Baking Co. -^¦URE OP CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted n whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects, rodent urine, and rodent hairs; and, Section 402 (a) (4). it had been held under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth. The product was adulterated while held for sale after shipment in inter- state commerce. DISPOSITION: March 15, 1949. Default decree of condemnation. The product was ordered sold to be denatured for use as animal feed.
