ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about March 26,1947, from Pendleton, Oreg. PRODUCT: 65 100-pound bags of flour at Seattle, Wash. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of larvae, webbing, and Insect excreta. The article was adulterated while held for sale after shipment in interstate commerce. DISPOSITION : December 16, 1948. Default decree of condemnation. The prod- uct was ordered delivered to a Federal institution, for use as hog feed.
