PRODUCT: 6 cases, each containing 12 3%-pound packages, of corn meal, and 7 cases, each containing 16 2-pound, 8-ounce packages, of Bisquick at Las Vegas, Nev. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the products con- sisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects. The products were adulterated while held for sale after shipment in interstate commerce. DISPOSITION : October 25, 1948. Default decree of condemnation and destruc- tion.
