ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about February 19, 194S, from Kansas City, Mo. PRODUCT: 80 25-pound bags of flour at Spencer, W. Va., in possession of the Kincaid Produce & Wholesale Co. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (4), the product had been held under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth. The product was adulterated while held for sale after shipment in interstate commerce. DISPOSITION : November 26, 1948. Default decree of condemnation. The product was ordered delivered to a Federal institution, for use as animal feed.
