ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about June 7, 1948, from Greeley, Colo. PRODUCT: 83 100-pound bags of flour at Harrisonburg, Va. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of larvae and larvae parts. The product was adulterated while held for sale after shipment in interstate commerce. DISPOSITION : October 27,1948. Default decree of condemnation. The product was ordered delivered to a charitable institution, for use other than for human consumption.
