PRODUCT: 6 crates, each containing 24 quarts, of huckleberries at New York, 
N. Y.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in 
whole or in part of a filthy, putrid, or decomposed vegetable substance. (Ex- 
amination showed that the product was infested with maggots.)
DISPOSITION :   August 5,1948.   Default decree of condemnation and destruction.
