DISPOSITION : April 13, 1948. Charles A. Larson, Salt Lake City, Utah, claim- ant, having consented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemnation was entered and the eggs were ordered released under bond to be candled and graded under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration.
