DISPOSITION : April 13, 1948. Charles A. Larson, Salt Lake City, Utah, claim- 
ant, having consented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemnation was 
entered and the eggs were ordered released under bond to be candled and 
graded under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration. Thirteen 
cases and 23 dozen were rejected and destroyed.
