ALLEGED SHIPMENT:   On or about January 18 and 23, 1946, from the State of
California into the States of Pennsylvania and Iowa. 
LABEL, IN PART:   "Deluxe Brand Choice Thompson Seedless Raisins." 
NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a)   (3), the product consisted
in part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of moldy and
decomposed raisins. 
DISPOSITION:   April 7, 1947.   A plea of nolo contendere having been entered,
the defendant was fined $500.
