ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about April 8,1948, by the Page Dairy Co., from Mans- field, Ohio. PRODUCT: 14 boxes, each containing 30 1-pound prints, of butter at New Castle, Pa. LABEL, IN PART: "Page's Kleen Maid Creamery Butter." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (b) (2), a product containing less than 80 percent by weight of milk fat had been substituted for butter. DISPOSITION : May 10, 1948. The Page Dairy Co., claimant, having consented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered released under bond to be reworked under the super- vision of the Food and Drug Administration.
