Milling Co., a corporation, Malad City, Idaho, and Edward N. Crowther and Norman W. Crowther. ALLEGED SHIPMENT : Between the approximate dates of March 22 and May 20, 1946, from the State of Idaho into the State of Utah, LABEL IN PART : "Big C Special Patent," "Golden Rod Hard Wheat [or "Un- bleached Macaroni"] Flour," or "White Swan." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insect parts, animal hairs similar to rodent hairs, and rodent hairs ; and, Section 402 (a) (4), it had been prepared, packed, and held under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth. DISPOSITION : October 13, 1947, Pleas of nolo contendere having been entered, a fine of $100 was imposed collectively against the defendants.
