partnership, Brownstown and Ewing, Ind., from the State of Indiana into the
State of Kentucky.

NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a)  (3), the product consisted in
part of a filthy  substance  by  reason  of the presence  of  rodent excreta
fragments.
DISPOSITION : July 16, 1948. A plea of guilty having been entered, the defend- 
ant was fined $250,
