ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about April 13 and 16,1946, from the State of Florida 
into the State of New Jersey.
NATURE OF CHARGE : Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in 
part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of decomposed straw- 
berries.
DISPOSITION : March 4,1948. A plea of guilty having been entered on behalf of 
the defendant, the court imposed a fine of $500.
