LABEL IN PART: "Snow Boy Brand Crab Meat Cocktail * * * Produced by Frozen Cooked Foods Co. Oakland, Calif." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (b) (2), a product consisting largely of tomato sauce and condiments, with about 25 percent of crab meat, had been substituted for crab meat cocktail. DISPOSITION : March 27, 1947. No claimant having appeared, judgment of con- demnation was entered and the product was ordered delivered to charitable institutions.
