PRODUCT: 18 boxes, each containing 50 1%-ounce packages, of cracker sand- wiches at Wilmington, Del. LABEL IN PART: "Combination Peanut & Cheese Elite Crisp Cracker Sand- wich Net Wt. 1*4 Ozs." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insect fragments and rodent hair fragments; Section 402 (a) (4), the cracker com- ponent of the article had been prepared under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth. Misbranding, Section 403 (e) (2), the label of the article failed to contain an accurate statement of the quantity of the contents. (The product was short of the declared weight.)
