ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about October 3 and 14, 1946, by the Provincetown Fisheries, Inc., from Provincetown, Mass. PRODUCT: 303 50-pound cartons of frozen whiting and 191 40-pound cartons of frozen rosefish fillets at Atlanta, Ga., and 174 40-pound cartons of frozen rosefish fillets at Buffalo, N. Y. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the whiting and a por- tion of the rosefish consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed or putrid substance, and the remainder of the roseflsh consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of being infested with parasites. DISPOSITION : January 10 and February 12 and 24, 1947. No claimant having appeared, judgments of condemnation were entered and the products were ordered destroyed.
