NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a)- (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of putrid and decomposed shrimp. DISPOSITION: March 8, 1946. The Seaboard Fish Co., claimant, having ad- mitted the allegations of the libel, judgment was entered providing' for the release of the product under bond for segregation of the unfit portion and its conversion into fish bait, under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency.
