LABEL IN PART: "Gaston Brand Tomato Puree Fancy Heavy [or "Fancy Heavy Tomato Puree"]," or "Weideman Boy Brand Tomato Puree.'.' NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of decomposed tomato material. DISPOSITION : August 21 and September 30,1946. No claimant having appeared, judgments of condemnation were entered and the product was ordered destroyed. The Chicago lot was ordered delivered toa public institution, for use as animal feed.
