NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a), the product consisted in 
whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects and 
insect fragments; feather barbules; cat, cow, rodent, and human hair; and 
threads, vegetable fibers, carbon, plant fragments, and nondescript dirt.
DISPOSITION : Between March 14 and 22,1946. The consignees having consented 
to the immediate destruction of the product, judgments were entered ordering 
that it be destroyed.
