PRODUCT: 86 50-pound bags and 155 25-pound bags of flour at Church Point, La. LABEL IN PART : "Special Hard Wheat White Dove Flour Enriched," or "Light Crust Flour Enriched Bleached." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of weevils and larvae. DISPOSITION : November 28,1944. The Church Point Wholesale Grocery Co. hav- ing appeared as claimant, judgment of condemnation was entered and the prod- uct was ordered released under bond to be brought into compliance with the law, under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration.
