PRODUCT: 496 25-pound bags and 407 10-pound bags of corn meal at Ports- mouth, Ohio. LABEL IN PART : "OK Old Kentucky Corn Meal." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent excreta. DISPOSITION: October 25, 1945. No claimant having appeared, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered sold, conditioned that it be disposed of as stock feed, under the supervision of the United States marshal.
