ALLEGED SHIPMENT:   On or about March 7, 1945, by the Consolidated Nut Co.,
from Los Angeles, Calif. 
PRODUCT:   33  25-pound cases of shelled walnut pieces at Philadelphia, Pa. 
LABEL IN PART:   "Golden Bear   Shelled   California Walnuts." 
NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in
whole or in part of a filthy and decomposed substance by reason of the presence
of insect-infested, rancid, and moldy walnut meats.
DISPOSITION: September 5, 1945. No claimant having appeared, judgment of 
condemnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
