NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance. DISPOSITION: June 20, 1945. The Eastern Paper & Box Co. having appeared as claimant, and the case having been consolidated with 2 other cases, judgment of condemnation was entered.
