ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about November 3, 10, and 28, 1944, from the State 
of Wisconsin into the States of Illinois and Minnesota.

NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted 
in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent 
hair fragments, insect parts and fragments, mites, cat hairs, hairs resembling 
rodent hairs, feather barbules, insect eggs, manure fragments, and a paint 
fragment.
DISPOSITION : December 4, 1945. A plea of guilty having been entered on be- 
half of the defendant, the court imposed a fine of $200 on each count, a total 
fine of $800.
