NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (1), the product contained 
added poisonous or deleterious substances, arsenic and lead, which may have 
rendered it injurious to health.
DISPOSITION: January 7, 1946. The Eber Bros. & Co., Inc., Rochester, N. Y., 
" claimant, having admitted the allegations of the libel, judgment of condemna- 
tion was entered and the product was ordered released- under bond to be 
washed and cleaned under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration.
