PRODUCT: 100 100-pound bags of flour at Lafayette, La. LABEL IN PART: "Bleached Diamond White Satin Baker's Short Patent Flour." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of live weevils. DISPOSITION : January 7, 1946. The Kimball-Diamond Milling Co., Fort Worth, Tex., having appeared as claimant, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product Was ordered released under bond to be brought into compliance with the law, under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency.
