PRODUCT: 162 25-pound bags of corn meal at West Liberty, Ky. LABEL IN PART : "Gwinn's Table Meal." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence ol rodent excreta. v- DISPOSITION : January 11, 1946. No claimant having appeared, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered sold. The decree pro- vided that the purchaser execute a bond, conditioned that the corn meal be converted into stock feed; or that he first denature the corn meal under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency, so that it could not be disposed of for human consumption. *
