PRODUCT: 360 10-ounce cartons of nougat candy at Boston, Mass. The product was short-weight. LABEL IN PART: "Torrone Ferrara Nougat Candy Net Weight 10 Ozs." NATURE OF CHARGE: Misbranding, Section 403 (d), the container of the article was so filled as to be misleading since the candy occupied an average of only 56 percent of the box; and, Section 403 (e) (2), the label of the article failed to bear an accurate statement of the quantity of the contents.
