PRODUCT: 386 cases, each containing 12 1-pound fruit cakes, at Detroit, Mich. LABEL IN PART : "Pak O Cud Fruit Cake." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects and insect fragments. DISPOSITION: January 21, 1946. No claimant having appeared, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered delivered to a Federal institution, for use as animal feed.
