LABEL IN PART:    (Bottle) "Vine Ripe Tomato Catsup   Made From Fresh Ripe
Tomatoes." 
NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in
whole or in part of a decomposed substance.
