Eastman, Ga.
PRODUCT:   26   8-ounce boxes of pecan brittle at Pittsburgh, Pa.
LABEL, IN PART:   "Stuckey's Eastman, Ga.   Delicious Pecan Brittle."
VIOLATION CHARGED: Misbranding, Section 403 (d), the container was so filled 
as to be misleading since only half of the space in the box was filled with 
candy.
DISPOSITION: June 26, 1945. No claimant having appeared, judgment of con- 
demnation was entered and the product was ordered delivered to a charitable 
institution.
