Jersey City, N. J.
PRODUCT:   39 cases, each containing 10   5-pound boxes, of candy at Tacoma,
Wash.   Examination showed that the product was fermented. 
LABEL IN PART :   "Peanut Pieces   Mf d. By Leading Candy Co., New York, N. Y." 
VIOLATION CHARGED:'  Adulteration, Section 402 (a)   (3), the product consisted 
in whole or in part of a decomposed substance.
