ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about October 28 and November 1,1944, by the Arma Elevator Co., from Arma and Pittsburg, Kans. PRODUCT: 119 eases, each containing 24 6-ounce boxes, of Tenderoni at Kansas City, Mo. LABEL IN PART: "Van Camp's Tenderoni." VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of weevils, cast skins, and beetles. DISPOSITION : January 26 and 29,1945. No claimant having appeared, judgments were entered ordering that the product be destroyed. It was used for hog feed.
