ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about October 19,1944, by the Fruit Growers Service 
Co., Monitor, Wash.
PRODUCT:   8 boxes, each containing 1 bushel, of apples at Akron, Ohio.
LABEL IN PART:    (Wood box)  "Delicious   *   *   *   Boy Blue Brand."
VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (1), the product contained 
added poisonous or deleterious substances, arsenic and lead, which may have 
rendered it injurious to health.
DISPOSITION : January 5, 1945. No claimant having appeared, judgment of con- 
demnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
